Appointment & Cancellation Policy
At The Harrogate Nail Artist, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a small business, late cancellations and missed appointments have a significant impact.
Card details are required to secure all bookings. No payment is taken at the time of booking.
Please read carefully:
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
- Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the booked service.
- Cancellations within 24hrs or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled, and a fee may apply.
- You must be 18 and over.
By booking an appointment with The Harrogate Nail Artist, you agree to these terms and authorise the card on file to be charged if the cancellation policy is breached.
